3 .ORDER FORMALIZATION

Once the order is placed, i.e., after accepting the sales conditions and website usage conditions and confirming the purchase process in the MY CART section, the administrator of the website https://beatiatelier.com will send an email to the USER/CLIENT confirming the details of the purchased courses, products, or services.

4 .PAYMENT METHOD:
The USER/CLIENT will pay in euros (€) at the time of placing the order. 5 .ORDER DELIVERY TIMES AND LOCATION:

USER/CLIENT fails to do so, and the specified business days have passed since the order was dispatched, the order will be returned, and the USER/CLIENT will be responsible for the shipping and return costs, as well as any associated management fees. If the delivery could not be made due to the loss of the order, BEATIATELIER will initiate an investigation, which will delay the delivery. The website administrator will resolve this issue with the customer.

5.2. DILIGENCE IN DELIVERY:
The USER/CLIENT must check the condition of the order with the delivery person representing the website administrator. If, after reviewing the products, the USER/CLIENT detects any issues such as signs of tampering or damage caused by shipping, they agree to notify the website administrator as soon as possible via email: beati.atelier@gmail.com.

6 RETURN OR WITHDRAWAL:

6.1. RETURN OR WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE:
According to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, Article 71, and Law 3/2014 of March 27, products purchased on this website can be returned and refunded, provided the USER/CLIENT notifies the administrator of their intention to return.
They will have 14 days from the receipt of the product(s) to the return and arrival at BEATIATELIER’s facilities.

- The shipment must use the same box or wrapping in which it was received to protect the product.
- A copy of the delivery note or invoice must be included inside the package, along with an explanation for the return.
If the reason for the return is attributable to the website administrator (e.g., the product is incorrect or incomplete, not what was ordered, etc.), the return amount will be refunded. If the reason is different, the cost of return/shipping/ review/repair will be borne by the USER/CLIENT.
To proceed with a return, the following steps must be followed:
