Order Confirmation

The products offered through this website will be available in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For now, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and international locations are outside our operational range.

Product Availability
All product orders are subject to availability. If exceptional circumstances arise that make it difficult to supply products or if items are out of stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal or higher quality and value. If you do not wish to order these substitute products, we will refund any amount you may have paid.

Our obligation to perform under any Contract will be suspended for the period during which the Force Majeure continues, and we will be granted an extension of time to perform our obligation for the duration of that period. We will use all reasonable means to end the Force Majeure event or to find a solution by which we can fulfill our obligations under the Contract despite the Force Majeure.

Delivery
Without prejudice to the provisions of the preceding Clause and unless extraordinary circumstances occur, we will attempt to send the order for the product(s) listed in the Order Confirmation before the delivery date/time indicated in the Order Confirmation. Generally, this period will be between 3 and 5 working days within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and this period may vary for local express shipments, which will be between 2 and 24 hours. Once the order has been placed, the User may consult the status of their order at any time in the "ACCOUNT" section.
Delivery delays may occur for the following reasons:


  • Product customization
  • Specialized items
  • Unforeseen circumstances
  • Delivery area

If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to continue with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid. Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. By accepting this delivery service, you agree to allow the delivery personnel into your home and ask that you remove anything that could be damaged during the delivery, except in cases where it is due to our negligence. For the purposes of these Terms, it will be understood that "delivery" has occurred or that the product(s) have been "delivered" when you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods, which will be evidenced by signing the receipt at the agreed delivery address. Inability to Deliver
If it is impossible for us to deliver, we will try to find a safe place to leave the package. If we cannot find a safe place, your product(s) will be returned to our warehouse. We will leave you a note explaining where your package is and how to arrange for it to be re-shipped. If you are not going to be at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day. Please note that storage and re-shipping of your product(s) will incur an additional cost. Our service always includes two delivery attempts. In case of inability to deliver and return to our warehouse, you will need to pay the charge for re-shipping.
You have a maximum of 5 business days from the date of the second delivery attempt to confirm that you still want the order. After this period, the order will be canceled, and the amount will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days, deducting the management fees associated with the order.

Transfer of Risk and Ownership
The risks of the products will be your responsibility from the moment of delivery and signing the receipt. You will acquire ownership of the products when we receive full payment of all amounts due in relation to them, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery (as defined in Clause 8), whichever is later.

Price and Payment
The price of the products will be the one indicated on our website at any given time, except in the case of an obvious error.
